This machine is considered a laser device of class 1, safe for the use of office / of EDP. The machine contains a length of wave 5 Milli, 760-800 nm, laser GaAIAs diode. Direct eye contact (or indirect reflected) with ray laser can cause serious eye damage. Safety precautions and interlock mechanisms have been designed to prevent any possible laser beam exposure to the operator. The following label is attached on the back of the machine. Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those specified in this manual may result in hazardous radiation exposure. Certain types may not be available in some countries. For more information, please contact your local dealer. Two kinds of notation of size are used in this manual. Refer to the metric version of this machine. System restart. The machine automatically returns to its initial condition when the work is finished, after a certain period of time elapsed. This function is called "System Reset". You can change the system restart time. See pag.26 "Automatic system reboot time. You can perform other work using another function while the current work underway. Simultaneously perform multiple functions in this way is called "Multi-accessing". System Reset setting automatically changes the screen of the function established in Function Priority when there are no operations in progress or when you delete an interrupted work. This setting determines the interval of rebooting the system. See page.23 "Priority of function".
